About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing to offer closure.
Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Cutshort, and other platforms.
Manage candidate pipelines through Keka ATS or similar systems.
Understand role requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
Coordinate interviews, manage communication, and ensure a great candidate experience.
Maintain hiring data and ensure timely closures across multiple roles.

Skills & Qualifications

36 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
Strong experience in IT hiring; exposure to non-IT hiring is a plus.
Hands-on with ATS tools (preferably Keka).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under deadlines.
Good understanding of technical skills and job profiles.
