Location:

Role & responsibilities

The Manager Talent Acquisition & HRBP will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies for critical roles while acting as a strategic HR partner to business units. This role ensures talent alignment with organizational goals and supports workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level positions in real estate sales, marketing, and operations.
Manage sourcing channels, vendor relationships, and talent pipelines.
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

HR Business Partner (HRBP):

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building programs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of real estate industry talent landscape.
Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS, and social media sourcing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP roles, preferably in real estate or allied sectors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Time-to-fill for critical positions.
Quality of hire and retention rates.
Employee engagement scores.
Compliance and HR process adherence.

Candidates staying in Western or Central Suburbs of Mumbai only.
