Role Overview The Sr. Manager HR Operations will be responsible for leading and streamlining the entire HR Operations function across multiple locations. This role demands strong expertise in HR processes, payroll management, compliance, HRIS implementation, and employee lifecycle management. The position requires high attention to detail, process orientation, and strong stakeholder management to ensure operational excellence and compliance across the organization. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit). Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and separations. Standardize and enforce HR policies, processes, and SOPs across regions. Drive adoption of HRIS (attendance, payroll, appraisal, and compliance modules). Payroll & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees across regions. Manage salary inputs, TDS, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, LWF). Liaise with finance for variance reports, audits, and reconciliations.
