Business Development Specialist in Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle lead generation through various channels (Cold Calling, Networking, Digital Outreach, etc.).
• Engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pitch Talinkd's services across Permanent Hiring, Temp Sta@ing, and HR Outsourcing.
• Convert leads into long-term business relationships through consultative selling.
• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including contract finalization and mandate handover.
• Manage ongoing client mandates, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as Temp Staffing, HR
• Outsourcing, Payroll, and Culture Projects.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure quality and timely delivery on assigned mandates.
• Participate in special projects across hiring, market research, or internal initiatives (if interested).
  

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in B2B business development or client acquisition, preferably in HR services or allied sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort in managing multiple client mandates simultaneously.
• Passionate about helping companies build better teams and processes
  

Working Condition

• Location: Sector 51 (Work from office).
• Working Days: 5 days a week (Sat/Sun – your choice, no calls unless it's a real emergency).
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (and you log off after that).
