As an Assistant - Business Support at Rx100 Ventures in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day administrative, scheduling, and coordination support to ensure operational efficiency and effective communication across the business. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership, demonstrating a detail-oriented and proactive approach in all your responsibilities. Rx100 Ventures is a deep tech Venture that focuses on supporting businesses developing innovative solutions for Industry4.0 and 5.0 through partnership investment and foundational technology. As part of our team, you will work with a diverse group of professionals dedicated to driving innovation in deep tech while upholding a culture of integrity and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely updates, task follow-ups, and alignment on key priorities. - Organize and oversee meetings with external stakeholders such as investors, partners, and vendors. - Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items to ensure follow-up and accountability. - Serve as a primary point of contact for all internal and external communication, providing professional and timely responses. - Handle stakeholder communication and contribute to maintaining positive working relationships. - Maintain digital and physical records systematically for easy retrieval and effective document management. - Support relationship management efforts with external stakeholders, acting as a reliable touchpoint while upholding confidentiality. Candidate Requirements: - Immediate joiner preferred. - 12 years of relevant experience in administrative or coordination roles. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with productivity tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Suite. - Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
