Job Description

Manager – Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

Design and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies in alignment with organizational goals & Policy.

Lead bulk sales hiring campaigns with a focus on scalability, quality, and turnaround time.

Drive lateral hiring across functions including operations, sales, and support roles.

Campus Hiring- Develop and manage campus hiring programs for graduate and postgraduate talent.

Recruitment Operations & MIS, Onboarding, HRMS

Oversee recruitment analytics and reporting through dashboards and metrics.

Build and maintain TA dashboards for leadership visibility (e.g., hiring funnel, TAT, source mix, diversity, etc.).

Identify and implement improvements in TA processes and systems (HRMS) to enhance recruiter productivity.

Stakeholder Management-Partner with external vendors, recruitment firms, and digital platforms to enhance sourcing capability.

Technology & Tools

Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and optimize usage.

Utilize Excel, Power BI, and HRMS tools for data analytics and reporting.

Desired Skills & Experience:

8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven exposure to BFSI sector.
