Job Description

TA Lead


Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations

  • Build and implement scalable TA frameworks, SOPs, and centralized recruitment operations.
  • Set up and optimize ATS/HRMS systems, define end-to-end hiring workflows, and standardize JD, sourcing, and offer processes.
  • Leverage tools, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and transparency (dashboards, funnel metrics, source ROI, DEI data).

Execution & Hiring (20–30%)

  • Lead mid-to-senior level hiring across functions with full lifecycle ownership.
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent strategy with organizational goals.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Leadership to scale TA across new geographies and verticals.
  • Drive continuous improvement through diversity, referral, campus, and branding initiatives.


Requirements:

  • 5–12 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or strategic TA role.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups, FMCG, or D2C environments is preferred.
