Define and manage product and service catalog design, pricing strategies, and quote-to-order flow. Integration Development: Develop and support integrations using platforms like Heroku , MuleSoft , or similar middleware. Ensure seamless data flow between CloudSense and external systems (CRM, ERP, Billing, etc.). Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements directly from enterprise business users, analyze and translate them into functional and technical design documents. Lead design reviews with the Information Systems (IS) team and secure business sign-off on finalized requirements. Project Delivery & Support: Contribute to all phases of SDLC: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Be flexible and available to align work hours with the Singapore business timezone as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in CloudSense development , including customization and configuration. Strong expertise in: CloudSense CPQ Order Management Pricing Services Deal and Contract Management Strong understanding of: Order orchestration Frame agreement processes Proven experience integrating with middleware platforms like Heroku or MuleSoft . Ability to independently drive requirement gathering and design discussions with enterprise stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Telecommunications domain experience or familiarity with common telco business models and BSS/OSS stacks. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Certifications in Salesforce or CloudSense platforms. Work Environment & Schedule: Experience in a similar role 6+ years of relevant experience.
