Job Title: Transition ManagerLocation: noidaExperience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Transition ManagementReports To: Program Manager / Delivery Head Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Transition Manager to lead and manage the seamless transition of services from client environments to operational teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative transition plans aligned with client requirements, ensuring timely execution, effective resource management, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Transition Planning & Execution: • Develop and implement customized transition plans based on client-specific needs and business goals. • Ensure transitions are executed within agreed timelines, maintaining minimal disruption to services. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness. • Resource Management: • Assess and allocate resources effectively to support transition activities. • Monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency and address any gaps promptly. • Service Delivery Oversight: • Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations during and after the transition phase. • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards. • Address any service delivery issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed. • Risk Management: • Identify potential risks during the transition lifecycle and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. • Maintain a risk register and update it regularly to reflect current risk statuses. • Stakeholder Communication: • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables. • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on transition progress and any issues encountered. • Reporting & Documentation: • Prepare comprehensive documentation including transition plans, progress reports, and post-transition reviews. • Utilize project management tools to track progress and generate reports for stakeholders. Key Skills and Competencies: • Proven experience in managing end-to-end transitions in a global service delivery environment. • Strong resource management skills, including planning, allocation, and optimization. • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to foresee risks and devise contingency plans. • Proficiency in project management tools and implementation
