As a Transition Manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end transition of services across Finance & Accounting, HR, and other domains. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service migration, maintaining service levels, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with client and organizational goals. In this role, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of service transitions, including planning, execution, and stabilization. You will collaborate with bid teams and solution architects to shape transition strategies and solutions. Additionally, you will own project delivery across time, cost, and quality parameters, handle project financials, forecasting, and month-end processes, and identify scope changes and revenue opportunities while securing client buy-in. Developing value propositions aligned with client expectations and organizational strategy, driving DGEM alignment and impact assessments across regions and markets, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring SLA compliance are also key responsibilities in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 12 years of dedicated transition experience, with a strong background in third-party transitions. A strong understanding of transition, risk management, and solutioning is required, along with experience in RFPs, bid processes, and transition planning.
