Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and manage security-related projects within our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering security initiatives that protect our systems, data, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and drive impactful security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Management:
  • Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines for security initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps and track progress against objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, IT, compliance, and other teams to implement security solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Security Awareness & Advocacy:
  • Promote best practices in cybersecurity across teams.
  • Drive training and awareness programs for secure development and operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience managing security or technology-related projects.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and practices.
  • Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and threat modeling.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
