We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the hiring strategy for a for a global design and build firm . The role will be responsible for shaping the hiring vision, building talent pipelines for leadership and niche roles, and partnering closely with business heads to attract top talent across design, project management, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across business units and geographies. Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to define workforce plans and future talent needs. Drive leadership, lateral, and niche hiring for functions such as design, architecture, project management, and corporate roles. Build, lead, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring operational excellence and a strong candidate experience. Develop and execute employer branding and talent engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence. Leverage data, insights, and analytics to optimize recruitment performance and drive process improvements. Partner with HR leadership on talent planning, diversity hiring, and organizational capability building. Manage external partners, recruitment budgets, and ensure timely and quality hiring delivery. Desired Skills and Experience 12 to 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , with proven experience in scaling hiring for design, real estate, consulting, or project-led organizations. Strong exposure to leadership hiring and stakeholder management at CXO/Director levels. Demonstrated experience in building high-performing TA teams and setting up hiring frameworks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making.
