About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Lead – APAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC countries, aligning with regional hiring goals and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement market-specific sourcing strategies (India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, etc.).
  • Build and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular recruitment updates and insights.
  • Represent the TA function in leadership and client meetings, confidently communicating strategies and progress.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding in APAC markets.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in APAC hiring, with strong knowledge of multiple countries’ talent markets.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and utilizing multiple recruitment channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership experience managing recruiters or regional TA teams.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or managing internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, labor laws, and cultural nuances across APAC.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
