Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Management:

  • Develop and manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
  • Allocate responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular team reviews.
  • Train team members in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation techniques.

Offer Process & Negotiation:

  • Oversee the offer rollout process including salary discussions, benefits, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct final negotiations to ensure a win-win situation between candidate and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company compensation structures and internal policies.

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and niche IT positions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and produce reports for leadership review.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with senior management and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and job platforms.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Introduce digital recruitment platforms, ATS, and best practices in campus & lateral hiring.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
  • Excellent skills in offer management and candidate negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
