Team Lead – Bulk Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Track and improve recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and present hiring reports to management.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the recruitment team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring and team handling.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.
  • Experience in BPO or staffing industries preferred.
