What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end hiring for

  senior and key tech positions

  across ventures.
• Build and manage a high-quality candidate pipeline in niche and leadership roles.
• Represent the organization’s purpose and leadership vision to the outside world.
• Work closely with leadership to design and execute a seamless, high-touch hiring process.
• Act as the

  talent face

  of the Gurugram tech vertical — ensuring every hire reflects excellence.
