We are seeking a highly resilient, strategic, and results-driven TA Lead to build and manage the high-performing team that will spearhead this effort. This role is for a strategic partner who can build clarity from initial briefs and proactively guide new clients through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Performance:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TA specialists. Foster a high-performance culture obsessed with speed, quality, and persistence, driving the team to meet and exceed ambitious delivery targets.
  • High-Velocity & Quality-Focused Delivery:

  • Drive an industry-leading turnaround time from requirement intake to the submission of the first profile batch.
  • Implement and monitor rigorous quality control processes for all sourcing and screening, ensuring exceptionally high 'profile-to-JD' alignment from every team member.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple new clients simultaneously, ensuring no drop in quality or pace.
  • Operational & Capacity Planning:

  • Manage team bandwidth, requisition allocation, and priorities to maximize throughput and minimize effort wastage.
  • Proactively analyze delivery pipelines and forecast capacity needs to ensure the team is always resourced for new client acquisition.
  • Persistent Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the senior point of contact, building foundational trust with new clients.
  • Develop and execute a proactive communication and follow-up strategy to keep the hiring process moving, demonstrating continuous value and guiding clients toward conversion.
  • Proactive Decision Making:

  • Analyze team performance metrics (Time-to-Submit, Submit-to-Interview, Interview-to-Offer ratios) to identify bottlenecks.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize the team's sourcing, screening, and delivery processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Full-Lifecycle Execution:

  • Oversee and participate in rigorous, in-depth screening and technical/behavioral validation to ensure a high interview-to-offer ratio.
  • Set the standard for the team in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.


Who You Are: Qualifications & Attributessou


Must-Have:

  • Experience:

    6+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with significant experience (3+ years) focused specifically on the

    GCC market in India

    .
  • Team Leadership:

    Proven experience (1-2+ years) in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • RPO/Agency Background:

    Demonstrable success in a fast-paced RPO or recruitment agency where

    speed, volume, AND quality are critical KPIs.

  • Full-Lifecycle Recruitment Expertise:

    Expert-level sourcing skills (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.) and advanced candidate screening/assessment skills.
  • Client-Facing Excellence:

    Proven ability to manage and build relationships with external clients and senior stakeholders.
