Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Talent Acquisition Lead at our fast-growing organization based in Hyderabad, your role will involve leading end-to-end hiring for leadership and critical roles. You will design and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies, partner with business leaders on workforce planning and succession management, and build strong pipelines while elevating our employer branding. Additionally, you will mentor and manage a team of recruiters to ensure performance excellence.
