Job Title: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring timely and quality hiring across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling bulk, niche, and leadership hiring, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.

Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple functions and business units.

Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring metrics and performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and improve candidate experience.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.

Manage external recruitment partners and negotiate terms when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably 5–7 years).

Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and metrics.

Ability to manage multiple positions and meet tight hiring deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, ATS tools, and HRMS software.

Team player with a solution-oriented approach and high attention to detail.
