The Role

Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process

  : from job requisitions and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Partner with leadership

  to deeply understand business goals and talent needs.

• Design scalable hiring processes

  and frameworks that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Lead employer branding efforts to position [Your Company] as an employer of choice.
• Leverage data-driven insights to track hiring metrics and continuously improve strategies.
• Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across key roles.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring practices.
• Mentor and eventually build a team of recruiters as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to scale hiring in fast-growing environments.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.
• Experience hiring across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth company.
• Exposure to global talent markets and remote hiring strategies.
• Previous involvement in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
