This role involves handling end-to-end IT recruitment, leading a team, and interacting with key clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of recruiters focused on permanent IT hiring Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery Train and guide junior recruiters for performance improvement Develop and implement sourcing strategies using portals, social media, and internal databases Handle critical IT mandates independently Ensure recruitment SLAs and performance KPIs are met consistently Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment (only from staffing firms ) Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job market Prior experience in team handling or mentoring preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be currently located in Chennai Why Join Us?
