Talent Acquisition Executive – IT & Non-IT Recruitment Experience: 6 months to 2 years Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles under permanent staffing Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings, understand job requirements, and assess candidate fit. Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely closures. Work closely with team leads to meet client hiring needs. Requirements: Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment from a staffing firm only. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Based in Chennai or willing to relocate. Why Join Us?
