Digital Harbor is a fast-growing product-based technology company, and we are looking for a hands-on Lead Talent Acquisition Executive who thrives in a startup environment. This role is for someone who enjoys building teams from the ground up, working closely with founders and leadership, and hiring top-tier talent for high-impact product teams.
• Own end-to-end hiring for key product and tech roles including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Marketing Specialists, Java Managers, QA/Testers, and Product Designers.
• Work directly with leadership teams to understand business priorities and scale teams quickly.
• Drive niche and leadership hiring in a competitive product-market.
• Manage all recruitment related compliances and onboarding of new joiners.
• Build strong talent pipelines using different tools and creative sourcing strategies.
• Bringing insights from benchmarking, competition analysis, recruitment dashboards and propose solutions to tackle any hiring challenges
• Play a key role in employer branding, referral programs, and candidate experience.
• Mentor recruiters and act as a go-to hiring partner for the business.
• Bring new ideas to improve hiring speed, quality, and engagement.
• Manage all recruitment related compliances and onboarding of new joiners.
• Passion, Curiosity, Hunger, Fearless & Analytical Mindset.
• Strong Interest in Product Hiring.
• 8–15 years of experience in IT / product-based recruitment.
• Strong exposure to startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven success in niche, leadership, and critical role hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions, and ownership.
