As a Talent Acquisition Lead at our fast-growing organization based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams and driving leadership hiring strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end hiring processes for leadership and critical roles within the company - Designing and executing data-driven talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent - Collaborating with business leaders to develop workforce planning and succession management strategies - Building strong talent pipelines and enhancing the employer branding of the organization - Mentoring and managing a team of recruiters to ensure performance excellence To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Proven experience in leadership and strategic hiring, with a track record of successful placements - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively partner with senior stakeholders - Expertise in sourcing techniques, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools, and market intelligence - Ability to align hiring goals with the overall business strategy and objectives - An MBA in HR is preferred, and exposure to multi-location hiring practices would be advantageous If you are passionate about driving talent acquisition strategies, shaping employer branding, and are excited to make a real impact in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply or refer someone who would be a great fit for this role.
