As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Aimlay, a global educational and writing support service platform, your role will involve driving the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. You will collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs, manage employer branding initiatives, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment metrics and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's growth and workforce planning objectives. - Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines. - Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development. - Allocate resources effectively across recruitment functions and requisitions. - Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. - Present regular reports and insights to HR leadership and business units. - Experience in Campus recruitment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales Bulk Recruitment. - Experience in Campus recruitment. - Preferable Industry experience in Edtech/Education/Publication/BPO.
