As a Team Lead Bulk Hiring at our company based in Thane, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of recruiters towards achieving high-volume hiring targets across various functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to meet bulk hiring goals. - Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend manpower requirements and job specifications. - Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. - Monitoring and enhancing recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal hiring policies. - Maintaining recruitment dashboards, and presenting hiring reports to the management. - Providing regular training and conducting performance reviews for the recruitment team. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in bulk hiring and team management, with a total of 4 years in recruitment. - Possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools. - Preferably have experience in BPO or staffing industries.
