Job Title: Talent Acquisition Head - Nursing Recruitment Location: India (Multiple Regions including Punjab, Northeast, West Bengal, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala) Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Head to lead our efforts in recruiting the next generation of fresher nurses. This is a critical leadership role that will shape the future of our healthcare services by attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare and nursing recruitment, a strong professional network, and a deep commitment to making a real impact in healthcare staffing across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy specifically for fresher nurses, aligning with our organizational growth and staffing needs across multiple regions. Campus & Institutional Relations: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with nursing colleges, educational institutions, and training centers to establish a robust talent pipeline. Innovative Sourcing: Implement and manage innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including career fairs, digital campaigns, and professional networking events. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hospital administration and nursing department heads to understand specific staffing requirements and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employer Branding: Champion our employer brand at key institutions, showcasing our commitment to professional growth and creating a nurturing environment for new nurses. Data Analysis: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to senior leadership. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or in a senior-level recruitment role within the healthcare or nursing sector. A strong, well-established network in healthcare recruitment across the specified regions. Demonstrated success in leading high-volume, fresher, or campus hiring initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective hiring plans. A passion for creating a positive impact on the careers of new nurses and the quality of patient care. Willingness to travel to various regions as needed.
