One of our clients, a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter in the food category , is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition leader to head recruitment. Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for driving the entire talent acquisition strategy, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring delivery of high-quality hires across levels and functions from senior leadership to plant and sales roles in agriculture. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, deep market understanding, and proven experience in closing senior-level mandates with compensation exceeding ₹1 crore annually. The ideal candidate should be adept at leveraging HRMS and ATS systems, driving recruitment analytics, and building robust talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership Design and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth. Lead, mentor, and develop the TA team to deliver excellence in hiring outcomes. Build workforce plans in collaboration with business and HR leaders. Senior Leadership Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment for CXO and senior leadership roles, with compensation exceeding ₹1 crore per annum. Partner closely with C-level executives to understand requirements and deliver top-tier candidates. Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and high-touch candidate experience at senior levels. Functional & Plant Hiring Oversee recruitment for plant operations, agriculture sales, and functional teams, ensuring timely closure of critical roles. Build strong pipelines for niche/agriculture roles across geographies. Systems, Processes & Analytics Drive adoption and effective use of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Leverage recruitment analytics and dashboards for proactive decision-making. Continuously improve processes to enhance time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner with C-level leaders and business heads to align talent strategy with organizational priorities. Negotiate effectively with candidates and external search partners to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants and recruitment agencies where necessary.
