Job Description

Role Overview: As Suzlon's Talent Acquisition Head for the OMS division, you will play a crucial role in leading the recruitment efforts and shaping the talent acquisition strategy for the business vertical. Reporting to the Head HR, you will collaborate with a team of 5 members to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the alignment of talented individuals with Suzlon's values and growth objectives. Your strategic input will be vital in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support the company's objectives and growth plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans. - Ensure the integrity of the recruitment process and systems quality through the recruitment cycle, maintaining ISO standards. This includes responsibility for JDs, MRFs, Interview Assessment, Defining Assessment Tools, and hiring the best-fit talent for OMS. - Lead engagement with Engineering campuses nationwide, especially in Tier 2 & 3 cities, as well as active and passive lateral talent. - Enhance Suzlon's employer brand and attractiveness quotient through various platforms. - Mentor, coach, and develop the recruitment team to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Drive ethical practices around governance of recruitment practices. - Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to strengthen Suzlon's position as an Equal Opportunity employer and enhance the diverse workforce. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of proven and relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or in a similar senior-level recruitment role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends. - Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of recruitment. - Masters degree in Human Resources.,
