About This Role
Every great product has a great team behind it. And behind every great team is a great TA.As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead Fam’s hiring efforts end to end, shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent across teams. You’ll work closely with founders and leaders to build scalable hiring systems, nurture our talent brand, and ensure every new hire adds to the energy, ambition, and culture that makes Fam what it is.If you love building teams that move fast, think bold, and set new standards — this is where you’ll make your mark.
On the Job
- Own the talent acquisition strategy for all teams from planning to execution
- Drive proactive sourcing by leveraging networks, communities, and creative outreach to build strong candidate pipelines
- Implement scalable hiring processes from candidate experience to assessment frameworks and metrics
- Ensure speed and quality by balancing rapid hiring with high standards for talent and culture fit
- Leverage data and insights to track hiring performance, optimize funnels, and make informed decisions
- Partner with leads to define hiring plans, org design, and talent needs in line with company growth objectives
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for tech and product talent
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, legal, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth workforce planning and onboarding
Must-haves (Min. Qualifications)
- Strong expertise in Tech and Product hiring with 8–12+ years in full-cycle recruitment, focused on tech and product roles
- Proven track record of building teams from 0 to 1, successfully scaling hiring in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of the tech and product lifecycle, with the ability to partner with engineering and product leaders to define org structure and hiring strategy
- Robust professional network with strong industry connections, enabling quick and high-quality hires
- Strategic thinker and operator, skilled at designing and executing hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Experienced team leader who has mentored recruiters and set clear visions, processes, and performance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable working closely with founders, the founding team, and senior tech leaders
Good to have
- Hands-on experience with Lever, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, and Google Sheets
- Experienced in mentoring and guiding junior talent acquisition professionals
- Strong analytical skills to understand and improve hiring processes
