Role OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic Telecalling & WhatsApp/Email Engagement Executives to convert leads generated through digital marketing into successful enrollments. You will be the voice and friendly guide for students and parents, providing detailed program information and assisting throughout the enrollment journey via phone and digital messaging channels. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and send personalised WhatsApp and email follow-ups to prospective students and parents. Clearly explain course offerings: IELTS, OET, Cambridge English, and related programs. Manage lead information and updates in the CRM system regularly. Address queries promptly and provide excellent customer service. Achieve daily and monthly enrollment conversion targets. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for smooth lead handover and onboarding. What We Expect: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, digital engagement, or lead conversion (education or edtech preferred). Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email communication, and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). Ability to converse in regional languages such as Punjabi, Bengali, Malayalam, or Oriya is an advantage.
