Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive (Lead Generation) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. This role requires a combination of research, communication, and technology understanding to connect with potential clients and create strong sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Maintain and update lead information, contacts, and interactions in CRM systems.
• Pre-Sales Coordination:
• Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s IT solutions and offerings.
• Schedule and coordinate product demos, presentations, and client meetings for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research on target industries, competitor analysis, and technology trends.
• Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand products/services and customer value propositions.
• Reporting:
• Track daily and weekly activities and generate lead generation performance reports.
• Contribute to achieving team targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in the IT industry.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, cloud computing, or digital transformation solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar B2B prospecting tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in IT solution selling, SaaS, or technology services.
• Exposure to email automation, LinkedIn outreach, or digital marketing tools.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise client engagement.
