Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones if required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
