Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and generating qualified leads through bulk email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data extraction tools such as Apollo.io. This role requires both analytical and strategic skills to build effective lead databases and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold bulk Email marketing campaigns (2–5 lakh emails per month).
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io And Cold bulk Emailing for custom web and mobile app development services.
  • Research, collect, and manage large datasets for outreach campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to find relevant B2B leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Corporate/Enterprise clients.
  • Maintain, clean, and organize lead data to ensure high-quality targeting.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance, open rates, and response metrics to improve results.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation, bulk email marketing, or business development in IT Services.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach and corporate lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and email automation platforms.
  • Ability to send and manage high-volume email campaigns (2–5 lakh emails/month).
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify relevant prospects.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
