HR EXECUTIVE.

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 10:00A.M to 7:30P.M

Industry Served (For Experience): IT/Product based, RPO, Consultancy Background: IT/CS Preferred or B.Tech Background with good Knowledge on Programming Software. MBA plus B.Tech will be a Add-on.

Communication: English (Mandatory)

Experience: 2 – 3+ Years

What You'll do:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Screening resumes.

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

• Administering appropriate company assessments.

• Performing reference and background checks.

• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

• Following up on the interview process status.

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.

• Completing timely reports on employment activity.

• Continually educate employees on company policies.

• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.

• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

• Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.

• HR letters & documentation, HR Operation, Day-to-day activities

• Joining formalities, Attendance management

• Employee queries – grievances handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
