Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Recruitment

  • Understand staffing needs in coordination with team leads and management.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post across portals and internal networks.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/department interviews.
  • Manage and track the complete hiring process from sourcing to joining.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment consultants, if needed.
  • Maintain applicant database and recruitment trackers.

Employee Onboarding Orientation

  • Plan and execute smooth onboarding processes for new joiners.
  • Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and HR induction.
  • Set up employee records and maintain HRMS data accuracy.

Employee Engagement Communication

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and wellness activities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with team members.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work culture.

Performance Management Support

  • Assist in the performance appraisal cycle coordination.
  • Track goal setting, feedback collection, and review documentation.

HR Operations Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.

Training Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with leadership.
  • Schedule learning sessions or coordinate with trainers.
  • Maintain records of training and employee development initiatives.

Exit Process Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Handle full and final settlements in coordination with accounts.
  • Maintain attrition and exit data.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HRMS, Google Workspace, and hiring platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, IT, or eCommerce companies.
  • Exposure to end-to-end HR functions in a growing organization.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
