Role: This is an in-house developer role, wherein the candidate is expected to single handedly be responsible for regular maintenance, update and upgrade activities of website and related technologies. He/she is expected to deliver fast and reliable support & solutions to business needs. This is a fully work from office role and may involve work on non-office hours as required due to the emergency situations. The candidate is expected to have technical knowledge and people skills both. He/she should have experience of working on website backend and frontend with equal amount of expertise and provide full-fledged solutions to regular issues and upgrade requests. Skills Required: Hands on experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic. NET) Must have knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 Strong understanding of features and utility functions of jQuery Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) Awareness on website hosting and related troubleshooting. Attention to detail. Preferred candidate profile- Actively take part in day to day maintenance of website and back end data. Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages as required by business needs. Improve existing website features and back end structure. Help troubleshoot and assist in resolving queries. Test and deploy applications and systems Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems.
Role & responsibilities- Lead Engagement: Effectively connect with potential leads generated and shared by the Lead Generation team. Revenue Generation: Successfully close leads to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Sales Cycle Management: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the B2C sales cycle, ensuring smooth navigation from prospecting to deal closure. Product Counseling: Counsel potential customers who are uncertain about which certification or product to choose, helping them make informed decisions. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Knowlathon's products and certifications to provide accurate and compelling information to leads. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to encourage repeat business and referrals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Generation team to provide feedback and enhance the quality of leads. Preferred candidate profile- Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2C environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a zeal for closing deals using ethical and effective methods. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or certification recommendations. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
