Enterprise Sales Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential business clients through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Develop and present tailored sales proposals to prospective clients, understanding their business needs.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Track and report sales performance metrics to management, using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 4+ year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ed-tech industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

• Experience with lead generation tools and sales strategy development.
• Strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities.
• Relationship building at all levels of client organizations.
