Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

  • Lead Engagement: Effectively connect with potential leads generated and shared by the Lead Generation team.
  • Revenue Generation: Successfully close leads to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the B2C sales cycle, ensuring smooth navigation from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Product Counseling: Counsel potential customers who are uncertain about which certification or product to choose, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Knowlathon's products and certifications to provide accurate and compelling information to leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Generation team to provide feedback and enhance the quality of leads.

Preferred candidate profile-

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a zeal for closing deals using ethical and effective methods.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or certification recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
