Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Generate and qualify leads based on target industry and region.
  • Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, or phone calls to introduce company services.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers to achieve monthly lead targets.
  • Track, measure, and report lead generation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
