Ensure marketing automation best practices are followed and data is GDPR/compliance ready. 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot. Proficient in Salesforce CRM and understanding of lead lifecycle. Strong understanding of email marketing, automation workflows, and segmentation. Experience in B2B marketing environments. Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills. Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (preferred).
