Roles & Responsiblities:1. Managing the sales team in the given territory to achieve the desired results including Sales, Collection .2. To Promote the gensets of JCB in the assigned Territory.3. Identification & Penetration in unexplored market segment & organizing various promotional activities for JCB Gensets with JCB Team.4. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries lost orders as desired by the management.5. To assist in recruiting/training of their staff for their segment.6. To escalate unresolved customer complaint to the Management.7. Ensuring total Customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.Location : LucknowMinimum Qualification: GraduationExperience Required : 6-7 years of Experience in Genset segment
