About the Role
Client is a seeking a dynamic and seasoned Talent Acquisition Head who will spearhead end-to-end recruitment strategies for the organization. This role requires a hands-on professional with proven expertise in building talent pipelines, driving employer branding, and delivering quality hires across all levels (junior to senior) nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
o Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
o Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closure across India.
· Market Intelligence & Competitor Mapping:
o Conduct regular competitor analysis, hiring trends, and market benchmarking.
o Provide insights to management for strategic workforce planning.
· Talent Pipeline Development:
o Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future requirements.
o Develop strong connects with colleges and placement officers for campus hiring.
· Employer Branding & Marketing:
o Position the organization as an employer of choice.
o Run branding campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
· Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
o Create and manage dashboards on recruitment performance, hiring costs, and turnaround time.
o Provide actionable insights through data-driven recruitment analysis.
· Hands-on Sourcing & Hiring:
o Actively source, evaluate, and close positions ranging from entry-level to leadership roles.
o Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Requirements
· Proven track record as a senior recruitment professional with exposure across levels and industries.
· Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
· Excellent networking skills with colleges/universities for campus hiring.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in branding, talent marketing, and recruitment analytics.
· High energy, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to meet hiring goals.
· Prior exposure to the broking/financial services industry preferred.
· Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
