Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management: Source materials, negotiate supplier contracts, evaluate performance, and build strong relationships.
Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, forecast demand, and optimize inventory to meet customer needs efficiently.
Logistics & Distribution: Plan and manage transportation, warehousing, and the movement of goods.
Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, production, and other teams to align logistics with company objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education: Often a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve complex problems.
Negotiation: Excellent skills for managing supplier and vendor agreements.
Communication: Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with supply chain software (like SAP) and automation.
Soft Skills: Adaptability, attention to detail, leadership, and ability to work under pressure.
