Supply Chain Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with QSR growth plans
• Build scalable supply chain models to support rapid store expansion
• Lead sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and demand planning

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify, onboard, and develop suppliers for food, packaging, and non-food items
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure vendor compliance with food safety, quality, and ethical standards
• Build alternate supplier strategies to mitigate supply risk

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Oversee demand forecasting based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize wastage and stock-outs
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to reduce expiry and spoilage
• Monitor inventory KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, and wastage

Logistics & Distribution

• Manage primary and secondary logistics including cold-chain operations
• Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines
• Ensure on-time delivery to all QSR outlets and commissaries
• Design efficient hub-and-spoke or centralized distribution models

Quality, Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to FSSAI / local food safety regulations
• Implement quality assurance and audit processes across suppliers and DCs
• Manage product recalls and corrective actions, if required
• Drive continuous improvement in food safety standards

Cost Optimization & Margin Improvement

• Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
• Track food cost, logistics cost, and packaging cost as % of sales
• Support menu engineering and new product launches from a supply perspective

Technology & Process Improvement

• Implement and leverage ERP, WMS, and demand planning tools
• Use data analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and supply efficiency
• Standardize SOPs across procurement, warehousing, and logistics

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, QA, and Marketing teams
• Support store operations with timely supply and issue resolution
• Present supply chain performance to leadership and board

Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain teams
• Set clear KPIs and performance goal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
