Quality Control: Maintain food quality standards, ensure proper handling and storage of food, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional activities and attract new customers. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Policy and Procedure Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sanitation, safety, and customer service standards.
