Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets
✅ Ensure brand SOPs, quality, and service standards are maintained
✅ Coordinate with franchise partners for smooth functioning
✅ Drive sales, control costs & optimize performance
✅ Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams
✅ Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
✔ Experience in managing FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) outlets
✔ Background in fine dine or casual dining concepts
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔ Good understanding of P&L, SOPs, and restaurant operations
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
