Job Description

As a skilled professional in the restaurant industry, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks to ensure the smooth and successful operation of our establishment. Your primary duties will revolve around staff management, customer service, operational efficiency, inventory management, financial oversight, quality control, marketing initiatives, reporting and analysis, as well as policy and procedure implementation. In terms of staff management, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, training, and overseeing the performance of our team members. This includes handling scheduling, conducting performance appraisals, and addressing any disciplinary actions that may be necessary. Customer service is paramount in our business, and you will be expected to ensure that every customer has a positive and efficient experience. This involves handling complaints effectively and maintaining high standards of service throughout all interactions. Operational efficiency is key to our success, and you will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of both the front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Your goal will be to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery at all times. Inventory management is another critical aspect of the role, where you will be required to track inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and manage stock effectively to minimize waste and ensure products are always available to meet customer demand. Financial management responsibilities will include managing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, and analyzing profitability to ensure that the business meets its financial objectives. Maintaining quality control standards for food products is essential, and you will need to ensure that proper food handling and storage practices are followed at all times. Adherence to health and safety regulations is also a top priority. Collaboration with the marketing team will be necessary to develop promotional activities that attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will be responsible for contributing ideas and strategies to drive business growth through effective marketing and promotion efforts. Additionally, you will need to prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. This data-driven approach will help inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. Lastly, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including sanitation, safety, and customer service standards, will be a critical part of your role to maintain a high level of operational integrity. If you possess the required experience in the restaurant industry, specifically with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and are able to work full-time on a flexible schedule that includes day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts, we encourage you to apply.
