You are Vananam Foods & Beverage team's ideal candidate for the position of "Purchase & Logistic Lead" at our Indiranagar restaurant. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you have a background in Hospitality, FMCG, or Retail industries, making you a perfect fit for this role. Your responsibilities will revolve around purchasing, store management, and general management. In purchasing, you will be tasked with developing and executing purchasing strategies, sourcing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation. When it comes to store management, your duties will include managing inventory levels, implementing inventory control procedures, coordinating with sales and other departments, overseeing the receipt and storage of goods, and optimizing storage space usage. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, manage the purchasing budget, supervise purchasing and store staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in inventory management and supply chain principles, leadership experience, knowledge of relevant software and technologies, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
