Location: Mai Mai East Asian Cuisine, MG Road, Bengaluru
Department: Service / Operations
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Captain

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires attentiveness, good communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., portions, ingredients).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set up, and maintained throughout service.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns courteously.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain overall dining area cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow all hygiene, grooming, and service standards as per company policy.
• Assist in billing, cash handling, and closing duties when required.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Server/Waiter in a reputed restaurant or hotel (freshers with good attitude may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
